IM=X® Intermediate Reformer Therapy

About this event

This intermediate Reformer class is for our more experienced IMX members that want to kick things up a notch with more combinations of movements. Clients need to know our machines and terms so the instructor can pick up the pace of the class. We will still tone and stretch every muscle group and raise your heart rate -- all in one session. Please attend All Level Classes when first starting and then talk to Carlin or Rhonda before bumping up to Intermediate so we can confirm if you are ready to safely do that. Thanks for understanding! If you are coming in on ClassPass you must have Reformer Pilates experience prior to taking any class in our studio or you need to book a discounted intro session by calling Rhonda at 503-908-0024.
