About this event
MELT and Move is taught by Diane Shiffer, PT. This class will combine Hand and Foot MELT, stretching and joint mobilization to loosen you up from head to foot! Get your day started moving more fluidly so you can enjoy your time off the mat as much as you enjoy your time on the mat. No experienced needed.
