Fall Babies Group
A four-week series with Megan Overstreet Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | In person only November 10, November 17, December 1, and December 8, 2026
Get to know your baby and find support for yourself in this welcoming four-week series. Join Postpartum Doula, Megan Overstreet, for connection with other parents, practical information about caring for your baby, and space to ask questions about life with a new baby. Each gathering includes time to settle in and connect, a guided topic, Q&A, group discussion, and one idea to take into the week. There is no class on November 24th.
November 10 | Get to Know Your Baby
Learn to recognize what your baby may be communicating through their cues and behavior. We’ll explore hunger, tiredness, and overstimulation; practice calming techniques; and talk about how babywearing can support soothing and connection. We’ll also cover wake windows and developmentally appropriate play, with time to share what you’re noticing about your own baby.
