Please note: This meeting will take place downstairs in the community area following morning Shamatha.

There are two wings to our practice – wisdom and compassion. If we only exercise one wing, we cannot fly. Of course, to do this skillfully we must keep the wing of wisdom and equanimity-towards-all working simultaneously.

This session, we’ll reflect on how we’ve worked with thoughts, emotions, and uncertainty in recent weeks. What practices, perspectives, or supports have helped you stay grounded? What have you learned about yourself?
