About this event
This gi Jiu Jitsu class takes a deeper look into the gross movements of Jiu Jitsu and how to link these movements together. The conceptual nature of the class makes it most appropriate for 2-stripe white belts and higher. A fair amount of class time is dedicated to Jiu Jitsu rounds.
