About this event
We live in a world that seems to be obsessed with youth. The insights and wisdom of those of us who are aging is too often ignored, leaving seniors feeling passed over and left behind. The baby boomer generation is aging, the last of this generation will reach age 65 by 2030, it’s time to validate ourselves in a world that honors youth. This workshop is designed to take the stress (and expensive effort) out of the aging process. We can’t avoid wrinkles, but we still can celebrate and demonstrate to ourselves and others, self-acceptance and validate our expertise, experience, and importance. This workshop helps identify us as role models who engage in self-acceptance, pride, and higher self-esteem as we clearly define our elegant aging self. This workshop is facilitated by Mara Woloshin, who helps lead participants on a positive pathway of individual positive self-discovery.
This free and educational workshop will be facilitated by licensed broker Mara Woloshin, who works in Medicare and in health care services, including education and advocacy. For accommodations of persons with special needs at meetings call 503-823-4000; Relay Service or TTY: 711.
