About this event
This no-gi Jiu Jitsu class is for all no-gi skill levels. In this class, we cover the basic movements, positions, and concepts of Jiu Jitsu for no-gi (BJJ technique without the application or use of the gi/uniform). The focus is on technique, mobility, pressure, and submissions.
