Fall Babies Group
A four-week series with Megan Overstreet Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | In person only November 10, November 17, December 1, and December 8, 2026
Get to know your baby and find support for yourself in this welcoming four-week series. Join Postpartum Doula, Megan Overstreet, for connection with other parents, practical information about caring for your baby, and space to ask questions about life with a new baby. Each gathering includes time to settle in and connect, a guided topic, Q&A, group discussion, and one idea to take into the week. There is no class on November 24th.
December 1 | Feeding and Changing the Baby
Feeding can shift as your baby grows. We’ll talk about feeding rhythms, cluster feeding, growth spurts, bottles, pumping, and preparing for a return to work. Bring your questions and experiences for a supportive discussion about everyday feeding. The class offers general education and guidance on when individualized support from an IBCLC may be helpful.
