About this event
Our trainer Hannelore has a not-so-secret alter ego – Hanners Banners, a jammer for Crow City Derby. In this weekend class, Hanners teaches some of the skills most important in roller derby: speed, agility and explosiveness. Whether you're a derby player, another athlete, or just want to get a good workout in, this class offers a different kind of challenge for our speed demons at heart.
