- ➤ Oregon taxpayers will see a tax credit called the 'kicker' on their 2025 state income tax returns when filing in 2026 due to a $1.41 billion revenue surplus from strong tax collections in 2024 — only those who filed in both 2024 and 2025 are eligible.
