- ➤ Hubbard residents gathered Monday night holding a prayer vigil for 51-year-old hunter Devon Dobek, who has been missing in Mount Hood National Forest since last week and is being searched for by teams led by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office — officials say rough, burned terrain is slowing the effort. - ➤ Clackamas County opened a 24/7 mental health stabilization center in Milwaukie on Monday to help residents experiencing crises such as panic attacks and hallucinations. The center on Southeast McBrod Avenue also provided transitional housing for individuals facing homelessness — expanding both mental health and housing services. KATU
