Portland General Electric reported outages affecting over 4,800 customers — 2,300 in the Bethany neighborhood and over 2,000 east of Oregon City.
The utility said high winds contributed to one outage and expects most power to be restored by 7 a.m.
🏥 Health
Oregon health officials warned that people who visited the Kaiser Permanente Mt. Scott Medical Office in Clackamas between 1:35 and 3:44 p.m. on Aug.
6 may have been exposed to measles; those born after 1957 who are unvaccinated should check their MMR records and see a doctor if symptoms develop.
