Good morning, Oregon City.

Today, Gov. Tina Kotek is signing four bills to boost behavioral health and substance use treatment in Oregon—one bill allocates $65M for new residential treatment centers, another adds over $5M for workforce safety, a third eases civil commitment laws, and a fourth calls for a plan to prevent addiction. She will answer questions from reporters after the signing.
