  • Oregon lawmakers introduced Senate Bill 1213 on Wednesday to allow Japanese Kei trucks to be registered on public roads+ the bill would impose a $63 registration fee and a maximum $1,000 fine for unlawful use while letting drivers legally use these mini trucks if it passes. The measure would change state law that currently limits Kei trucks to off road use.  KPTV
