- ➤ Clackamas County is exploring options to convert the old courthouse in downtown Oregon City into a mixed-use building with residential units as the new courthouse will open on Monday at the Red Soils campus. About 20 local business owners gave feedback—some voicing concerns about parking and the timeline, and the old courthouse will be fully vacated by September. KPTV
