  • Clackamas County officials reported Tuesday that 568 people were counted as experiencing homelessness—over 150 more than in 2023 yet nearly 600 fewer than in 2019. They said counts for unsheltered residents and homeless children increased while chronic homelessness declined, and improved counting methods help secure federal funding.  KATU
