Good morning, Oregon City. Here's your local news at a glance for Friday, the 11th of April.

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Oregon Department of Human Services is asking for help finding Oregon City mother Cierra Rosemon and her toddler Isaiah Johnson who went missing on April 1. Officials said the 16-month-old may be at risk and that they could be in northeast Portland, Vancouver, or Tacoma, so anyone with information should contact authorities.  KPTV
  • State lawmakers are reviewing HB 3075 — a bill that would change Ballot Measure 114 by delaying gun permit requirements until July 1 and increasing permit fees while revising training rules and approval processes. The proposal designates that city police or county sheriffs issue the permits and sets clear timelines for permit denial appeals, with a House vote yet to be scheduled.  KATU
