About this event
Different tools and modalities will be explored in Mobility madness, such as foam rolling, myofascial release, active body weight range of motion movements, nerve flossing, distraction and much more. In these classes you will learn how to: •safely increase range of motion/flexibility •build active strength throughout the entire range of motion •relieve pain, and how to decrease your risk of injury •decrease tension in tight, locked up muscles •Improve mental health and nervous system regulation through use use mobility tools
