About this event
In a group Pilates Equipment class three clients work with one instructor. Group equipment classes combine machine-based exercise with mat work. Clients are expected to be able to work more independently and to be able to set up their equipment. Experience with Pilates and teacher approval is required to join this class. Waitlisted participants are automatically confirmed into class when a spot becomes available. If you are unable to attend the class, you must let us know more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a Late Cancellation charge.
