The Beginning Modern class will address the fundamental techniques of modern dance. Learn about the history and significance of how modern dance impacted movement. Students will learn to control their bodies in a grounding and expressive way, while using balance and control. Learn various techniques inspired by Martha Graham, Jose Limon, and more!
