About this event
40 minute meditation followed by a Dharma talk, practice Q&A, and ends with Metta meditation (dedication of merit and loving-kindness meditation). We also have a robust women in the Dharma program featuring transmissed women or Bhikkhunis (female monastics) who guest teach on occasion.
Join us every Thursday night at Portland Dhamma Center.
First Thursday of the Month is Sutta study. Group meditation followed by sutta study, break out group discussion, and Q&A.
