About this event
Our kids' classes feature the fundamental learning blocks of Jiu Jitsu made fun for kids. While learning basic holds and positions, children interact with others in an environment made for socialization and exercise. This class challenges kids and helps build problem solving skills as well as learn to follow instructions. Even if your child is not currently being bullied, Jiu Jitsu is a great way to learn defensive tactics and release excess energy.
