About this event
This mat-based class is designed to redefine balance as a dynamic process. Starting with foot activation and proprioception exercises, you’ll wake up your foundation and learn to sense and adapt to shifts in stability. Spinal mobility practices and intentional movements create a connection between your body and mind, helping you explore what it means to find center. Without the aid of equipment, this class emphasizes the resilience of your own body to move off-center and return with control. True balance isn’t about standing still—it’s about the ability to adapt and recover with ease. Through thoughtful sequences, you’ll cultivate strength, awareness, and confidence to stay grounded, both on the mat and in daily life. All Levels: Explore movement with curiosity and connection. All-level classes welcome everyone, offering an inclusive space to explore movement with a deeply personal connection fostered by the teacher’s approach. These classes are designed to be adaptable, with modifications and progressions to meet the needs of every participant, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The focus is on connecting with your body, improving mobility, and experiencing mindful movement in a supportive and encouraging environment. Content is thoughtfully chosen to resonate with everyone, whether you’re a skilled dancer, a computer programmer, or somewhere in between, ensuring the material supports the unique needs of being human.
