About this event
The theme for Portland Taiko's fall concert is kaeru. In Japanese, kaeru has multiple meanings: to return home, to transform and also…frog. The performance will include pieces inspired by the Pacific Northwest, the city of Portland and the idea of home.
Our fall concert is also when we bring out THE BIG DRUMS.
There are two performances, both will be at PSU’s College of the Arts, Lincoln Performance Hall (1620 SW Park Ave, Portland, Oregon 97201)
- Saturday, November 14th at 7:00 pm - Sunday, November 15th at 2:00 pm
Portland Taiko’s Artistic Director is Tiffany Tamaribuchi and we are supported by the City of Portland Office of Arts & Culture and the Arts Access Fund.
