About this event

The fundamentals curriculum at Impact Jiu Jitsu will cover the basic positions, escapes, reversals, and submissions of the art of jiu jitsu. Building the motor skills to assist the body to understand the techniques, the fundamentals of jiu jitsu will always be the techniques you use daily in your journey. This class is designed for the very beginner with 0-2yrs experience, but all levels and experience welcome.
