About this event
Blue Belt or Higher Required: This class is for experienced no-gi skill grapplers only. In this class, we cover more advanced positions, submissions and concepts of Jiu Jitsu for no-gi (BJJ technique without the application or use of the gi/uniform). Participants should have a solid understanding of fundamental Jiu Jitsu movements and submissions. More time is spent live rolling and sparring positions than in the fundamentals class.
