About this event
Impact's kickboxing classes greatly enhance the skills of our MMA fight team and hobbyist members. Specialized technical instruction and drills are a part of every class. Class is appropriate for both beginners and more experienced students. Protective gear required including mouthguard and 16 oz. boxing gloves.
