2026 Veterans Day Celebration

About this event

Honoring Service. Celebrating Veterans. Bringing Community Together! Join us on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. for the Washington County Veterans Day Celebration in Hillsboro. Each Veterans Day, our community comes together to recognize and honor the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. This annual celebration brings veterans, military families, community members, local leaders, and veteran-serving organizations together in gratitude for the service, sacrifice, and contributions of our nation's veterans. The celebration includes the presentation of the colors, the National Anthem, recognition of veterans representing our Armed Forces, special guests and speakers, and a tribute to those who have served and sacrificed. This event is free and open to the public. Interested in nominating a veteran to be honored at the ceremony? Submit a nomination and learn more on the CMV Alliance webpage .
