Open Pole Help Hour w/Bex

About this event

This is an open practice space with guided support—not a structured class. Students should have prior pole experience (Intro to Pole series or equivalent) to attend. This is your time to explore, practice, and refine what you’re already working on. Bex will be available to offer guidance, answer questions, and help troubleshoot skills as needed—but this is not a full teaching class or a time to learn entirely new moves from scratch. Students are expected to warm up properly before getting on the pole. As in all classes, students may not instruct or coach one another.
