About this event
In a group Gyrotonic class, four clients work with one instructor. Group equipment classes combine machine-based exercise with mat work. Gyrotonic for Beginners is intended for new clients and beginner level students. Waitlisted participants are automatically confirmed into class when a spot becomes available. If you are unable to attend the class, you must let us know more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a Late Cancellation charge.
