About this event
This month we're exploring a reimagined fairytale with Hemlock & Silver by T. Kingfisher.
A quick description:
A subversive fairy tale about a kind-hearted, toad-shaped heroine, a gentle knight, and a mission gone completely sideways.
I'll bring discussion topics to get the conversation going. Please be kind and respectful during discussions. The book might be someone's favorite read, and no one wants to have someone rip apart something they loved.
As you read, feel free to participate in the Storygraph Buddy Read .
A discussion post will also go up on the More Magic Substack page at the end of the month if you'd like to discuss there.
We'll start the discussion shortly after 10:30 am to give everyone to arrive and get settled.
I can't wait to hear what you think of the book!
Listed by Meetup: Portland, OR, gathered by the Oregon City events calendar.
