About this event
Keep learning the foundations of pole, working on or towards climbing, pole sit, wrist seat, pole tucks, lay back and more. Spins such as backhook, chair, reverse chair, snowflake and more will be covered Must have completed our intro to pole series or have instructor permission Course designed to be taken for 3 or more months to ensure strength and comfort in the moves. All are welcome, including those polers with more experience and want to attend to condition the foundations of pole.
