About this event

RSVP here!

Come organize with socialists in the Tualatin Valley, and get plugged into our branch work! RSVP for a link to attend virtually or come join us in person! We will be meeting at the Elsie Stuhr Center in the Fir Room.

If you're a DSA member, please show up a bit early to get checked-in for your voting card. Check-in starts at 10:15.

There will be a short onboarding session hosted immediately following the meeting for new and prospective members to ask questions and get connected with our Discord and Signal chats.

Child Watch

Free child watch is available so bring your kids along!

Would you like to take a 45 minute shift in child watch? You will be paired with another adult and given some guidance. Check the box on the RSVP form if you'd like to help.

Resiliency West

At the meeting we're collecting sealed gallons of water for the Resiliency Working Group's Warm Springs Water Equity project.

We'll also be collecting food items to restock a nearby neighborhood Free Fridge - most needed items include ready-to-eat high-nutrition food like soup or sandwiches, snack bags, canned items with pull tops, pantry staples, and soft foods like apple sauce or fruit cups for those with dental issues, and individually sized bottled water. After the meeting, stick around if you'd like to help us carry donations over to the nearby Free Fridge at the Bahai Center.

Both food and water donations can be dropped off at the Resiliency West table in the tabling area, before and after the meeting.

Listed by Portland DSA (Google Calendar), gathered by the Oregon City events calendar.
