Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for boys and girls, ages 13 to 17. Impact Jiu Jitsu's teen program covers basic and advanced BJJ training, based on Impact’s current Blue Belt Curriculum for adults. Students in this age group benefit from in depth technical instruction and sparring.
