Some Thanksgiving tables have fine china and a centerpiece. Ours has a ping-pong table, a few folding chairs, and a menu of toast, popcorn, pretzel sticks and jelly beans. Pairings Portland is pouring a full flight to the whole Peanuts gang: the well-meaning host in over his head, the friend who invited everyone without asking, the loyal sidekick, the blanket philosopher, and one very ambitious beagle running the kitchen. It’s a seven-day Friendsgiving for anyone skipping the family drama this year, or anyone who just likes their holidays low-stakes. The other flight that week is a fight to the death. This one isn’t. Flights run $30–$65.
