About this event

Join this monthly community science monitoring program to observe seasonal changes in key culturally and ecologically important plants. You will learn to identify these plants in all life stages and contribute to critical local data! This surveying follows the same plants year-round to monitor climate change impacts and help inform our restoration efforts—directly contributing to supporting adapative restoration to keep the forest happy and healthy.

See the full schedule and sign up through our volunteer system here .

All ages and experience levels are welcome. Volunteer activity includes hiking up to 2 miles down to the creek and back up to the Nature Center.

This project is supported by iNaturalist and Seeding Action !

Listed by Friends of Tryon Creek - Tryon Creek State Natural Area (Squarespace), gathered by the Oregon City events calendar.
