Come spend an evening with community, exploring the art of Human Connection through play, presence, and authentic expression with Authentic Relating Games 🌟

Authentic Relating is the practice of meeting one another as we are , in the present moment, and playing at our own edges to expand what's possible with this pure and powerful medicine of connection.

In this playful and heart-centered gathering we’ll explore interactive connection games and practices designed to spark laughter, deepen intimacy, and invite you to show up as your most real, alive self.

Think of it as adult recess for your heart and soul - part improv, part mindfulness and embodiment, and part spontaneous magic that comes through exploring connection in the moment and growing your own toolkit of relational practices to bring into your life!

What you can expect:

• An intentionally held container for group exploration

• A guided journey of Authentic Relating games and exercises

• Opportunities to deepen existing connections and form new ones

• Feeling welcomed to explore and express yourself as you are

• A gentle invitation to stretch your edges and relate more honestly

• A chance to discover new parts of yourself through connection

• A warm, welcoming, and lighthearted environment where everything is an invitation and nothing is forced
