Fall Babies Group

A four-week series with Megan Overstreet Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | In person only November 10, November 17, December 1, and December 8, 2026

Get to know your baby and find support for yourself in this welcoming four-week series. Join Postpartum Doula, Megan Overstreet, for connection with other parents, practical information about caring for your baby, and space to ask questions about life with a new baby. Each gathering includes time to settle in and connect, a guided topic, Q&A, group discussion, and one idea to take into the week. There is no class on November 24th.

November 17 | Understanding Infant Sleep

Explore normal infant sleep and what rest can look like for your family during the early months. We’ll discuss day and night patterns, sleepy cues, naps, soothing, and realistic expectations. We’ll also make space for parental rest and sharing care with a partner or support person. This class focuses on understanding infant sleep rather than sleep training.
