About this event
Moving the Light Within an Axis Syllabus©️ workshop with Nuria Bowart in Portland, OR at FLOCK
November 21 1:30-6:30pm November 22 9:30-11:30am
Workshop Description: In our bodies, there are more than 350 joints. Each joint offers us the ability to change our shape. And yet we are still one whole. Through sequencing tension and understanding joint parameters, we can change our shape respecting our alignment. When we can find grace to move through space, we can feel the lightness within. Through the study of the Axis Syllabus©️ we will find our way into dancing with gravity and together.
Early Bird Price (before Nov 1) $90-140 sliding scale Regular Price (after Nov 1) $120-170 sliding scale
