About this event

Sundays 4:30PM - 5:30PM, Oct 4 - Dec 20 | $10/weekly drop in

Need a reset for your busy week ahead? Join us Sunday late afternoons for a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga class focused on foundational poses, mindful movement, breath awareness, and building confidence on the mat. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the fundamentals, this class is designed to help you build a strong foundation through accessible movement, breath work, and foundational poses. We’ll focus on alignment, balance, flexibility, and body awareness in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Beginners are encouraged to join, and those with a regular practice will also benefit from slowing down, refining technique, and deepening their understanding of familiar poses. Options and modifications will be offered throughout class so everyone can move at their own pace.

Wear comfortable athletic clothes, bring a yoga mat if possible (a limited number will be available to borrow), and please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins so we can start on time.

Classes are led by Wyle O'Neill, from Love Our Practice, whose yoga journey began in high school and later led him to study in Mysore and Goa, India, where he deepened his understanding of yoga’s roots and philosophy. Wyle completed his 200-hour RYT training at Yoga Salt with Tamal Dodge and completed his 500-hour teacher training at Sthira Yoga School in Goa, India. His teaching blends accessible movement, meditation, breathwork through an individual-centered practice to help students feel grounded, present, as well as connected to themselves and community.
