In this monthly meditation I will teach a simple method of nondual awakening. Nondual awakening is a completely down to Earth experience that is possible for anyone to achieve if they are willing to look into the nature of their sense of being "me". Nonduality and awakening are timeless concepts present throughout all authentic spiritual traditions. I simplify the concept and guide an easy to understand practice suitable for anyone who is seeking the truth regarding life, self, and our place in this world.
This meditation is appropriate for all levels of experience.
