The youth program at Impact Jiu Jitsu offers a comprehensive Jiu Jitsu curriculum geared around preparing pre-teens and teens for the adult program. From learning to perform basic movements, techniques, and drills to enhancing proficiency and awareness in a live setting, our youth program will help to build your child's focus and coordination.
