About this event
This class will consist of a warm up followed by stretch and technique which is fundamental to all styles of dance. We will then focus on some across the floor then end with some fun / sassy jazz choreography! This class is for those of you that love to dance and want to improve! What to wear - Recommendations: Feet: Bare feet (point your toes!) or light athletic shoes. Body: Be Comfortable, but make sure you can move freely. Not a ton of loose clothing that can get in your way.
