About this event
This is a contemporary class for athletes and artists who want to expand their relationship with momentum, weight, and strength. This class has an emphasis on movement that takes us in and out of the floor. We will research every piece of our body, each joint, each nerve, each thought and how they work together as an integrated whole. This class will appreciate how subtle attunements of the body and the imaginarium can inform the grandest of movements, making even intense physicality sustainable and playful. Level: Advanced + Ages: Teen and up
